Sales Training

Sales skills are fundamental to the success of all IQFM Ackermann activities and sales training is central to all our projects.

Around 60% of our sales training is provided to our own sales people - and the balance is delivered on behalf of our customers.

Much of this extra work covers retail where we train shop staff on our clients' product features and benefits - making them more able to sell more product.
