BAT covered big cities with its own sales force, whilst towns and more rural areas were serviced by wholesalers. Distribution, availability, inventory levels and display were very poor in the wholesaler areas. BAT decided to extend their sales force and invited IQFM to supply a team of over 120 Sales Advisers.  The team visited 51,000 shops every two weeks selling product ex-car and ensuring that all product distribution and display met the producer’s quality standards.  We worked for this customer for nearly three years.
